Juan went above and beyond for us during a crazy holiday travel scenario with the airports. flight was delayed hours and we landed very late, but Juan was still able to accommodate us without hesitation. Anyone else would have gone about their night and cancelled our reservation. Without that accommodations I would have been stuck in EWR with a toddler and no car seat. Will definitely be using JMJ prestige Auto’s services again. Amazing Service , thank you again my family and I appreciate it !!

Juan was prompt and very accommodating throughout the pick up and drop off. Drop off took longer than usual due to unforeseen airline delays but Juan and his team were flexible. They also made arrangements to drop off early as out plans were slightly altered. Car was immaculate shape as well. They even provided a Gift bag with a few necessities which was a nice touch. We would definitely rent from Juan and his group at JMJ prestige Auto again when we are in the Area!
